Yosef Milgrom

Managing Partner & Portfolio Manager

Yosef Milgrom is a Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager at Montauk Court Partners. He began his career at HillMark Capital where he gained experience investing in corporate credit and structuring Collateralized Loans. In 2008 Mr. Milgrom joined LH Financial, a fund focused on small and mid-cap investments. At his last seat, Milgrom invested $1.5 billion in over 1,000 deals consisting of equities, convertible securities, debt instruments, IPOs and SPACs, mergers and acquisitions and reverse mergers.

Milgrom has established relationships with banks and agents, analyzed deals and deal flow, and set terms and made investments in the small and mid-cap space. Most risk was mitigated through structured investments where the ultimate exit was through the equity. Milgrom had a great degree of flexibility when making investments depending on market conditions, generating substantial returns for the investor.

Mr. Milgrom received his Masters in Business Administration, with a focus on Accounting and Finance, from Fordham and a BA from Yeshiva University in the Biological Sciences.
